About the World
The
world,
known as the earth is 4.543 billion years old, the only cosmological object, third
planet of the sun in our Milky Way, to sustain life (about 71 years, life
expectancy of human) where 7.235 billion people living with other biological
being. Radius of the orange shaped world is 6,371 km, 148.94 million sq km of
land, 361.132 million sq km of water where ratio of them is 29.1:70.9. The earth
along with a solo moon is revolving the sun at 20 miles per second and is
spinning 1000 miles per hour in its orbit. The gravity is 9.807 m/s2.
There are 196 independent countries though 192 are UN official. Taiwan, Kosovo,
Palestine, Greenland, South Sudan, and Western Sudan are Controversial.
Molten rock, ash, steam from the volcanoes
through vent coming out forcefully has changed the geography of the world radically over times. Indonesia,
Japan and the United States have the highest numbers of active volcanoes. According
to the record, about 550 volcanoes have erupted and about 60 are still
erupting, whereas maximum are unknown into the Pacific Ocean plates known as the
greatest Ring of fire along with crustal plates. The notable volcanic eruptions
are in 79 AD from Mount Vesuvius and in 1883, the greatest “Krakatoa” explosion
that is 26 times the power of the greatest H bomb and the roar was heard over
one-thirteenth of the surface of the earth. Volcanic eruptions under ice in the
Hudson Mountains and West Antarctica are notable too.
A
majesty and strangeness of the world
to the intelligent social human being has given a hope of efficient living than
ever before where every individual can be a part of the green revolution in
some way to create a healthy and safe environment against the climate crisis, war,
gas shortages, centered on ecology, health, and human rights.
